If you found any problems with your item when you received it, please check our terms and conditions below to make sure your situation fits our exchange policy, and contact us to explain the problem by filling in the form below. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
Note: As the products we sell are personal and intimates, we reserve the right not to replace them if they have been opened and used.

– Non-human damage, e.g. mechanical failure, missing parts, failure to operate properly
– Serious damage found during opening
– Please get in touch with us if you have any other conditions
Returnable Conditions for Other Items
– Product found to be incorrectly delivered and needs to be replaced
– Must be unopened and unused
Return and exchange instructions
Fill in the return form below or contact us by Whatsapp/Email with details of your returning reason and submit the request.
Return the item with the receipt to us within 7 days (the customer is responsible for all shipping costs), and we will arrange an exchange service once we receive the returned item.
If your chosen products price are lower than the original ones, we will not refund the difference of the price.
If damage or other conditions occur after return or exchange, no further replacement will be offered.

Some brands have their own manufacturer warranty, Please check your products packaging for more warranty information. If there are any quality issue happens during the warranty period, you may contact us to assist you on arranging the warranty service.
Note: To protect your rights, please keep the invoice, box and packaging certificate etc. after purchase.
The scope of the warranty mainly covers abnormal damage to the product itself. Other conditions such as abrasion, man-made damage, misuse, etc. are not covered. Please do not try to repair the product yourself as you may not receive a free warranty.
